The May conversation will focus on Philadelphia as an innovation hub.
Anthony (Tony) Sorrentino, Associate Vice President, Office of the Executive Vice President (EVP) at the University of Pennsylvania, is a counselor to Penn’s senior-most administrative official, managing the administrative functions of the university’s corporate center and projects that support the annual strategic plan. He also serves as executive director of public affairs for the University’s non-academic functions, leading a team across a diverse range of disciplines including urban policy, land planning and real estate development, environmental sustainability, public safety, economic and community development, as well as finance, human resources, information technology, housing, transportation, and the investment portfolio. In addition, he directs marketing communications to promote Penn’s neighborhood initiatives, the Penn Connects campus development plan and Penn’s Climate Action Plan.
