Collections

The Athenaeum of Philadelphia Special Collections is globally recognized. Its holdings are among the premiere collections of Philadelphia architects and architecture and include 360,000 architectural drawings, 300,000 photographic images, and a 60,000-volume library as well as the Joseph Bonaparte Collection which sheds light on French culture in 19th century Philadelphia. Our museum collections enhance the beauty and interest of our rooms.
