Red, White & Blue To-Do Parade Float Decorating
To prepare for this year's Red, White & Blue To-Do on July 2, Philadelphia's Historic District is hosting decorating days to create the official wagon floats for the Pomp & Parade through the district.
Join fellow Athenaeum members at the National Constitution Center (525 Arch Street) for this fun event! Our time slot is Tuesday, July 1 from 2PM-5PM.
