What’s a pocket forest? Come find out and participate in ArtPhilly's inaugural multi-disciplinary festival, "What Now: 2026."

The team behind ArtPhilly's commissioned project, Rewilding Philadelphia, is hosting a science fair -- ArtPhilly style -- at The Athenaeum. Join gardening and horticultural organizations from across the city at their “booths” to learn about community greening initiatives.

We’ll wrap up with a sneak peek at the new garden being installed behind the building as part of the Pew Charitable Trust-funded, Unearthing the Stories of Philadelphia's Gardens, a partnership between the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and The Athenaeum of Philadelphia.
