Event – Detail Past

Since its dedication in September of 1931, the Education Building located next to the Capitol, has housed our state’s General Library, Law Library and the grand auditorium, known as the Forum. Beginning spring of 2021 a thorough renovation of the building commenced to restore its grandeur and increase its usability and efficiency. B.R. Howard Conservation was contracted to restore the General Library’s woodwork and art-deco railings.
