Event – Detail Past

These are hands-on workshops for volunteers who would like to help with indexing and transcribing handwritten entries from the Athenaeum's "Record of Strangers," our historic guest book. We've already found General Lafayette, Edgar Allan Poe, Charles Dickens, Eliza Hamilton and other exciting "Strangers" in our Record. Who might you discover? You may attend one workshop, or all three.

Space is limited. Participants must bring their own laptop.
